Jill Machol is the Human Resources Manager for HCG, responsible for administering HR processes, implementing HR best practices and projects, and recruiting staff and interns.

During more than 20 years as an HR professional, Machol has worked in both staff and consulting roles with nonprofit trade and professional associations, community-based social service organizations, government contractors, and private sector corporations. Machol's areas of expertise include identifying and resolving internal processes, cultural issues, organizational structures, and management practices that inhibit accomplishment of strategic objectives, as well as the development and implementation of effective training programs.

Machol holds a M.S. in Human Resources and Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Organization Development Network. She has served as an Adjunct Professor at Marymount University and an Instructor in the HR Certificate Program at Northern Virginia Community College.
